Will I be billed for renewals?

An e-mail alert will be sent to the Administrative Contact e-mail address for the domain name when your registration is about to expire.

Will NameSecure automatically charge my credit card for renewals?

NameSecure will not charge your credit card unless you specifically order a service or renewal or you have set up your domain or service for our Auto Renew feature upon purchase or in My Account manager. All monthly services are automatically set-up for Auto Renew.

Can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of an order, log in to the My Account section with the user name and password you used to place the order, and then click the Check Order Status button.
