Someone is sending spam from a domain name that I've registered! How is this possible?

There are ways to make it look like an e-mail is coming from somewhere other than the real sender. If you have been told that people are getting spam from a domain that you have registered, please contact customer support. We will need a complete set of headers from one of the e-mails in order to determine where the spam is actually coming from.

What do I need to know about newsletters and promotional announcements?

You can control whether you receive newsletters or promotional announcements from NameSecure by logging into the My Account section and modifying your account settings. NameSecure's monthly newsletters feature domain name news, updates about new products and services, and information about Web-site enhancements. Is NameSecure going to spam me?

NameSecure does not send or endorse spam. NameSecure sends occasional newsletters and promotions (usually about once a month, at most). You can subscribe or unsubscribe by logging into the My Account section and modifying your account settings.
