Can I change my password?

You can change your password at any time. Please be aware that your password is account-based -- if you change it for one domain name in an account, all domain names in that account will have the new password. You can make this change in the My Account area.

I forgot my user name. How can I retrieve it?

spacer

When you first set up your account, your user name will default to your contact e-mail address, unless you change it on the account creation page. If you forget your user name, we recommend that you try your contact e-mail address. If your user name is not your contact e-mail address, go to the My Account Log In page and follow the link to retrieve your user name. You will need to enter a domain name. The user name will be sent to the contact e-mail address for the related account (this is usually the registrant e-mail address for the domains in the account). If you no longer have access to the contact e-mail address for your account, you will need to contact customer support here: http://www.namesecure.com/onlineHelp.page
