How do I transfer my domain name away from NameSecure to another registrar?

We value your business and would like to keep you as a customer. If we have not met your expectations, we would like another chance to serve you better. Please take a moment to contact NameSecure Customer Service between hours of 9 am and 6 pm EST Monday-Friday so we have a chance to solve your problem and can make you a happy, satisfied customer.

If you still want to transfer your domain name registration away from your NameSecure account to another registrar, you must contact your new registrar of choice to initiate the transfer process. Your new registrar will most likely send to you an e-mail to the Registrant Contact listed in the public WHOIS record to confirm your transfer request before it can be processed. NameSecure will also send a transfer authorization e-mail to the Primary Contact of the domain to confirm your intent to transfer.

If a transfer request was submitted for a domain you wish to keep with NameSecure, simply follow the instructions within the transfer authorization e-mail to reject the transfer request.

Please be aware when transferring a domain name to or from NameSecure, any related e-mail or web site services may be terminated once the domain name has successfully transferred to or from your NameSecure account.

How can I check the status of a domain that I am transferring away from NameSecure?

We do not provide a transfer status for domains in process of being transferred away from NameSecure. Please contact NameSecure Customer Service between hours of 9 am and 6 pm EST Monday-Friday for further information regarding the status of your transfer request.

How can I get my authorization code for domains that I want to transfer away from NameSecure?

You can receive your authorization code for your domain by logging into My Account, selecting the domain you want to transfer and then clicking "Request your Authorization code" under Contact Modifications.
